Flow ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Flow collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services.

- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile photo, and account identifier, when you sign in with Apple, Google, or Firebase Authentication.
- User content, including tasks, pomodoro and productivity data, AI chat messages, planning inputs, generated task plans, app settings, and preferences.
- Calendar information when you choose to create calendar events from within the app.
- Notification permissions when you enable local reminders or timer alerts on your device.
- Limited device and usage information, such as app version, device type, operating system version, and basic diagnostic data needed to operate the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate Flow’s features.
- Authenticate your account.
- Sync your data across devices.
- Save tasks, productivity history, and settings.
- Generate AI-assisted planning responses.
- Create calendar events when requested by you.

3. AI Features
Flow includes AI-powered planning and chat features. When you use these features, the content you submit may be sent to our backend and processed by third-party AI service providers in order to generate responses. This may include your chat messages, task descriptions, planning requests, and relevant conversation history needed to generate a response.
You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information in AI chat unless necessary.
4. How Information Is Stored
Your information may be stored:
- Locally on your device.
- In Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.
- On our backend infrastructure.
- By third-party AI service providers used to generate responses.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only in the following situations:
- With service providers that help us operate the app, such as Firebase and AI providers.
- When necessary to provide features you request.

- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our services, or others.

Locally stored data may remain on your device until you delete the app or clear the data. Cloud-synced account data may remain until it is deleted from our systems or upon your deletion request, subject to legal or operational requirements.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw permissions, such as calendar access or notifications.

10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. By using Flow, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
